After finishing my studies at the University of Chemistry and Technology (VŠCHT), I accepted a job as a laboratory technician at the Horní Bříza West Bohemian Ceramic Works. During this period, I performed laboratory tests in the field of thermal analysis, analytical chemistry, and tests on finished ceramic products. In 1993, I was appointed head of the Enterprise Laboratory and tried my hand at managing a work team of 20 people. In the following years, in the position of customer care officer and head of the complaints department, I successfully ensured communication with customers.
